A Brief Bio

Sondra's been a practising holistic therapist, bodyworker, and spiritual teacher for 30 years now. First in Australia and now in the Netherlands where her students and clients span the globe.

She writes Sapphic magical realism, and psychospiritual self-help.

She and her wife live in a small village in the Netherlands. Hanneke is a music producer and composes all the soudscapes for Sondra's meditations.

Sondra turned 50 in 2022 and delights in her increasing strands of silver hair. Every day is a chance to go deeper, know herself more intimately and honestly. She walks her talk — sometimes joyously, occasionally unwillingly — but it's the fuel for this Goddess Kindled Universe.
